Backtagging: So much!
Threadhopping: Sure!
Fourthwalling: I'd prefer not, but your character is more than welcome to recognize the archetypes of the Hero's Journey, if they manage to somehow figure out its story.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Meh.

Hugging this character: Sure! It will be soft and sort of fabric-squishy beneath the cloak, but there's a real body there...somewhere. Probably. It does occasionally sort-of-hug as a gesture of affection.
Kissing this character: Kissing...where? You could kiss it on the head, I guess? Or the cloak? Not really a gesture that it's used to.
Flirting with this character: I suppose you can try, but it will be confused by it and not really get it. This is not a character that I'm planning any sort of romance with.
Fighting with this character: The Traveler doesn't actually know how to fight. It can run away, though? Still, discuss things first.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): This is another discussion-required one, which I'd prefer to avoid when possible, though I understand fully that ICA -> ICC.
Killing this character: Would cause much sadness.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: As part of the charm of this character is the fact that it can't speak, I'd like this to not become an at all regular thing. It's possible that, because it's a Rythulian, its mind is too different to be entirely understandable.
Other notes: In terms of people who can sense magic, they'll definitely feel something coming from the Traveler. Exactly how they interpret it is up to them, but in canon its powers pretty much extend to flight in general, and getting power from/powering up Cloth Creatures. It tends to glow with white light upon using those powers, so it may be Light-oriented for folks who pay attention to that?
